We are importers of top quality artisanal saké and natural wines made by small producers who use traditional handcrafting methods, instead of industrial processes. They work with natural ingredients using mainly organically or sustainably grown grapes and rice.

 

We have been visiting wine producers in Europe, especially in France, and saké breweries in differnet regions of Japan for several years. We have developed a close relationship with the producers we selected to represent. They are mostly individual and family-owned enterprises with very small productions, enough to continue making their products by hand. The producers we represent have never been imported to the US until we convinced them that we should represent their products to the US. Otherwise, they would have been content selling only in their native countries.

We share the belief that true wine and saké are essentially products of nature, and that this has always been the traditional and artisanal approach to their production. The quality of wine and saké made in this way is of the highest quality and offers the most pleasure to consumers.
